Responsible for business development of data center M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) in the Southeast Asia region, identifying and following up on potential clients;
Gain an in-depth understanding of client requirements in IT/CT infrastructure and data center construction, provide tailored solutions, and drive contract signing;
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, partners, and industry ecosystem players;
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution from requirement gathering to project delivery;
Collect and analyze market intelligence, monitor data center industry trends in Southeast Asia, and propose market expansion strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of sales or related experience;
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills;
Familiar with IT or CT infrastructure service projects, with some understanding of data center M&E;
Experience with data center M&E projects in Southeast Asia, with good knowledge of the local market environment and culture;
Positive, proactive, with strong interpersonal, coordination, stress management, and resilience skills;
Familiar with the major data center industry players and client ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience in large-scale data center or ICT projects;
Established client resources or networks in Southeast Asia;
* Experience in project management, bidding, or cross-border team collaboration.
