Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the ELV contractor market. Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.

Conduct regular meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.

2. Sales and Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ELV contractor segment. Prepare and present engaging sales proposals and presentations. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Electronic Security Business Unit.

3. Project Coordination

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Track project progress and address any issues to ensure timely completion.
Provide clients with regular updates on project status and key milestones.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct research on market trends and opportunities in the ELV contractor space. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the company's presence in the market. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activity.

5. Customer Support

Deliver high-quality customer service and support to clients. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any operational or technical issues. Ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

Experience in sales, account management, or business development, particularly in the electronic security or ELV industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
