Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands distributors and customers base
Meet regularly with stakeholders including project owners, consultants and contractors to grow long lasting relationships by understanding their needs
Plan and conduct product seminars, technical trainings, and promotional events on a regular basis
Oversee partners and distributors to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
Prepare and manage month-end sales reports and delivery quotas and year-end close processes
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Possess minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in electrical installation products
Experienced in design and specification works within the building industry, including collaboration with consultants
