Job Description

• Position : Sales Manager (Engineering) - Up to $6,000 - Serangoon Road
• Location : Serangoon Road
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Mileage Claim + AWS + Up to 2 Months Bonus + 14 Days AL (1 Additional Day every year, capped at 18 Days) + Medical & Dental Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings
• Research customer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
• Build, develop, train, motivate, and advise local partners and distributors
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance
• Continuously develop personal leadership and training skills while using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
• Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands distributors and customers base
• Meet regularly with stakeholders including project owners, consultants and contractors to grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Plan and conduct product seminars, technical trainings, and promotional events on a regular basis
• Oversee partners and distributors to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
• Prepare and manage month-end sales reports and delivery quotas and year-end close processes

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering
• 3 Years of experience in sales management in related field
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• Willing to travel at least 15% of the time
