The Job

• Manage Company sales activities through both direct sales and distribution channels
• Conducts presentations to customers, distributors and sales team
• Prepare technical proposal, quotation, follow-up on sales enquiries and confirmed order.
• Attend to customers' enquiries on new project and existing after-sales support with assistance from Technical Team.
• Conducts presentations to customers, distributors and sales team
• Provide timely feedback on overall market situation, competition and new business opportunities.
• Prepare Monthly Sales forecasts, Sales activities report and regular update on market share and position
• Plan, organize and drive progress to meet sales target and business objectives
• Identify market development opportunities and prepare marketing plan.
• Plan and execute Marketing activities such as Advertising, Exhibition, and Sales Meetings & Training.
• Work with the team to organize the Showroom and make improvement on regular basis
• Identify and initiate continuous improvement program
• Constantly evaluate market and distributors performance, in line with Company strategies and direction.

The Talent

• Min. 5- 7 years' experience in sales with engineering and automation industry, with some basic knowledge on plastic material handling. Knowledge on Circular Economy and environmental waste management will be an added advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably with automation field
• Strong team player with initiative, good analytical & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical ability. Able to create and understand basic pricing and financial analysis.
• Good negotiation skills and experience in selling high value-added product, and the ability to deal with highly competitive sales environment.
