Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of Singapore's food service sector (HORECA, distributors, institutional accounts, catering groups) and an established network of industry contacts. This role will drive sales growth, expand our food service product footprint, and build long-term partnerships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and distribution targets in the Singapore food service channel. Manage and grow relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes (HORECA), caterers, wholesalers, and food service distributors. Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and converting high-potential food service accounts. Conduct regular market visits to gather insights, monitor competitor activity, and strengthen customer engagement. Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and promotional activities. Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years sales experience in the food service industry in Singapore. Strong network of contacts within HORECA, distributors, and institutional buyers. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of Singapore's F&B landscape and food service buying behavior. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Possess a valid Singapore driver's license (preferred).

Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
