As Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in driving occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility for our service apartments. You'll cultivate corporate partnerships,management and craft compelling packages that resonate with both short- and long-stay guests. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across sales, marketing, and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets
Manage corporate accounts, relocation agencies, and travel partners
Optimize pricing and inventory across OTAs and direct channels
Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
Client Relations & Networking
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, embassies, hospitals, and relocation firms
Conduct site inspections, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums
Marketing & Promotions
Collaborate with marketing team to design seasonal packages and promotions
Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and sales materials
Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to inform sales messaging
Reporting & Strategy
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with actionable insights
Forecast demand and contribute to budgeting and revenue planning
Work closely with operations to ensure seamless guest experience from booking to departure
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality sales,
preferably in service apartments or extended stay
Strong network in corporate, relocation, or healthcare sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems
