• Position: Sales Manager
• Location: Bukit Timah
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic Salary + Success-Based Bonus + Stock Options (Average GROSS Salary per annum of $200,000)
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Focus on raising capital.
• Build and cultivate existing investor relationships across the following investor types - family offices, high-net-worth investors, private banks, fund of funds, etc.
• Identify potential investors and develop proper points of contact, both direct and indirect, in order to develop direct relationships for capital raising, actively build our database.
• Build a network of institutional investor relationships as a foundation for current and future capital raises.
• Build and maintain our customer relationship management platform.
• Provide input to our Director of Marketing on the development of all marketing materials (sales brochures, website, presentations, and letters) used in the capital-raising process.
• Initiate calls to investors and meet face-to-face to explain investment opportunities.
• Participate in investment, valuation and risk management processes and meetings.
• Support senior professionals in preparing investor knowledge workshops, annual investor meetings, semi-annual investor advisory committees, and quarterly investor updates.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
• Previous track record of success in capital raising.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Possess Diploma/Degree.
• Service-oriented and pro-active, with good interpersonal skills and a passion for developing strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
