The company plans to expand its presence rapidly in SE Asia and is looking for a dynamic IT sales professional to join the team as:Position: Sales Manager (IT Solutions)Job Code: EXP/SM/ITS/0522Location: SingaporeResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales of IT Solutions (Products and Associated Services) in different market segments in SE Asia. They will focus primarily on clients in Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution, Logistics, Hospitality, Trading and Services sectors.Key responsibilities include New Client Acquisition, Pipeline Management, Account Management and interface with delivery and support teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.The position carries a sales quota. The company offers an attractive compensation package including salary and incentives, and an opportunity for career progression in SE Asia region. The company offers flexible work/Work-From-Home arrangements.RequirementsIdeal candidates will be business-savvy solution sales professionals with exposure to selling software products/solutions to clients in different market segments.They will have:

• A degree/diploma from a reputed institute
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Exposure to IT solution selling - software products and/or services
• Track record of acquiring new clients and managing client relationships.
• Ability to negotiate, structure and close deals.
• Entrepreneurial. Independent, self-driven and resourceful.
• Passion for sales. High energy level.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English in a must. Knowledge of one of the major Asian languages (Chinese/Bahasa/Thai/Tagalog/Vietnamese etc.) will be advantageous.
