Position Title: Business Development/ Sales Manager (Telecommunications / Renewable Energy)
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and grow the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence.
Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
Identify emerging markets, track market shifts, and stay informed on competitor activities and new product developments.
Drive the full sales process from planning to closing deals.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Representative with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the Telecommunications or Renewable Energy industry preferred.
Strong business acumen with industry knowledge and expertise.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor, coach, and manage sales teams.
