Contribute to the development of corporate sales plans and strategies
Conduct market intelligence and research
Identify and expand the target customer base and industry segments
Promote services to both existing customers and potential prospects
Develop pricing structures and business models tailored to customer needs
Prepare and submit proposals to customers
Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and requests
Communicate customer expectations to internal teams and vendors
Provide timely and accurate industry insights and customer intelligence
Compile and submit regular sales reports and analyses
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through frequent visits or prompt responses to queries
Take responsibility for acquiring new customers and exploring growth opportunities
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Sales or a relevant field related to the supply chain or logistics industry
At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong presentation and communication skills
