Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales from new and existing key accounts
Develops plans to ensure revenue growth in company\xe2\x80\x99s products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set sales objectives with support from other departments
Responsible for realizing annual sales/business targets
Prospecting for potential opportunities and ensure follow up efforts from the team to clinch the sales
Present job proposals to key customers and lead commercial negotiation with key customers
Active involvement in Company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing efforts
Establish and maintain good professional relationship with key accounts and critical personal at customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion
Facilitate in resolving service issues with the customer as appropriate and requested
Build, develop and manage sales team to support sales strategies.
Develop and implement all sales policies, practices and internal sales procedures to drive service excellence
Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and feedback
Continuously work with other internal stakeholders in the areas of new account sales development and sales growth
Requirements:
Diploma majoring in supply chain / logistics / transportation management / sales and marketing
Minimum 5 years industry experience and business development or managerial and/or customer relationship management experience.
Knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions will be added advantage
Strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills
