Job Description

• Position: Sales Manager
• Location: Boon Lay (Near MRT)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri with 1 Saturday duty per month (due to marine industry demand)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus (Up to 4.5 Months Bonus)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Fire Protection

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial sales team, promoting an inclusive environment, where team members are encouraged to experiment and learn fast.
• Motivate and ensure that sales achieve their individual and team goals
• Collaborate with members of executive team to develop go-to-market and revenue growth strategy.
• Champion the needs of our customers and prioritise product changes to improve the \'ideal customer\' experience.
• Develop the tools, systems and guides used to serve and nurture qualified inbound leads.
• Identify underlying challenges to systems, people, and processes to improve sales performance.
• Improve the buyer journey by monitoring, analysing and reporting on metrics, that will impact the team\'s results.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
• At least 3 years of prior sales manager experience in leading a team.
• Possess Diploma/Degree.
• Able to demonstrate strong leadership capability.
• Hands on, driven and self-motivated individual.
