Job Description

Responsibility:

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to lead direct sales efforts for pumps, systems, parts, and services within Singapore. The role is accountable for meeting both individual and company sales targets, with a focus on developing new and key accounts. You will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, generating proposals, and taking ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.


Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and working closely with clients to explore application possibilities. You will regularly review sales plans and activities with the Manager and be instrumental in expanding our customer base and growing key accounts.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of direct sales experience with Positive Displacement (PD - Gear/Screw) and Centrifugal pumps, or 5 years in the pump industry within the Singapore market. Proven ability to sell PD and/or Centrifugal pumps, particularly within the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and Water sectors. Experience working with EPCs, Consultants, and M&E Contractors. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
