Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager specializing in Ocean Freight to join our freight forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the ocean freight segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's ocean freight business. Identify, pursue, and secure new clients, focusing on import/export and international trade. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive and tailored solutions. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on ocean freight. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of international shipping and logistics operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
