ROLE DESCRIPTION As Homage expands our business into facility-based opportunities, we are hiring a Sales Manager (B2C) who will be responsible for the growth and rapid expansion of this service. As a Sales Manager (Online B2C), you will be proposing and driving key online initiatives which includes making key business decisions in driving sales conversions and top-line goals using data insights and sales team optimisation. This includes working closely with HQ marketing teams, BI analysts, Product and Engineering team to optimise key drivers and levers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand and define individual product line\'s target audience in driving consumer acquisitions which includes the designing of sales programmes, CRM programmes, encouraging retention and repeat purchases.
  • Lead, manage and work with HQ marketing teams on all aspects of B2C promotions in the area of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), content marketing, product management and marketing, social media and other digital publicising channels.
  • Gather business insights with clear directives to steer and manage lead requirements in generating metrics and analysis for business decisions in the area of business processes, customer experience and sales growth.
  • Key driver in gathering business requirements to improve website/application usability which includes areas like improvements to UX/UI, website/application navigations, consumer notification/communication and experience.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure the delivery of the best customer service and fulfilment that adheres to the customer\'s expectations and business outcome.
  • Lead and manage existing sales teams to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Ensure accurate weekly and monthly sales figure reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or relevant discipline
  • 5 years of relevant experience in managing online platform service
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in social commerce, progressive performance marketing, telemarketing experience
  • Possess a proven track record of B2C dot com sales and strong acumen for online business
  • Good understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or marketing automation tools
  • Customer service-oriented individual with the ability to maintain positive attitude in all situations
  • Highly energetic and independent with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong prioritising, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion) and planning skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possesses strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills with a strong sense of customer service oriented
  • Extremely results-driven and execution-focused, motivated and entrepreneurial with independency; ability to own outcomes and make things happen with a strong sense of urgency
