About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Partnerships) to lead the development and management of
strategic partnerships that drive growth and create value for our company. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a track record of
building successful partnerships.
This role is based in Singapore where you'll work directly alongside our founders and leadership
team to grow our business globally. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate
impact and shape our global sales organization.
How you'll contribute
Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic
objectives and goals.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to establish and grow relationships with key partners.
Lead the acquisition process for new partners, including prospecting, outreach, and negotiation
Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and successful integration
with bluesheets, developing joint business plans, setting objectives, and driving mutual success.
Serve as the main point of contact for existing partners, building and maintaining strong
relationships.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations,
to ensure alignment and collaboration with partners.
Monitor and track the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and KPIs, providing
regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders on partnership activities, performance, and
opportunities.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in the
SaaS industry.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
with partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex
concepts and ideas.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding partnership targets and objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management platforms) is a
must.
