About the Role
As our
Sales Manager
, you will lead the
sales and marketing efforts
across TG Group's property development portfolio -- driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful project launches.
You'll oversee
end-to-end sales and leasing
for residential and commercial properties -- from pricing and positioning to client handovers and after-sales support. Working closely with internal teams and external agents, you'll play a key role in shaping sales success across every stage of the property cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Lead and manage property sales and tenancy initiatives across multiple developments, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Build, manage, and expand relationships with
property agents, developers, corporate clients, and investors
to generate qualified leads.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and site tours to convert prospects into successful deals.
Maintain detailed client and deal records using the
corporate CRM system (Podio)
and provide accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Market Strategy & Campaign Execution
Oversee
show flat setup and on-site activities
, ensuring a professional and effective sales presentation environment.
Work closely with the
Marketing and Project Development teams
to plan and execute impactful campaigns that drive buyer engagement and brand visibility.
Analyze
market trends, buyer behaviour, and competitor activities
to refine sales approaches and maximize project performance.
Client & Partner Engagement
Manage the
entire client journey
, from initial engagement to after-sales and tenancy support, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Liaise with
contractors, interior designers, and property managers
to ensure smooth handovers, rectifications, and customer follow-ups.
Conduct
agent briefings, sales training sessions, and follow-ups
to strengthen engagement and maintain active sales momentum.
Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with
Directors and senior management
to develop business growth strategies and drive revenue goals.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff, promoting best practices and professional development.
Identify and pursue new
business opportunities and partnerships
within the property market.
Who We're Looking For
Diploma or bachelor's degree in b
usiness, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
.
Proven experience in property development sales
, with hands-on involvement in
unit sales, project launches, or leasing management
.
Strong network within the
property, developer, and agent community
, with a track record of building and maintaining productive relationships.
Ability to
plan and execute sales strategies
, manage client negotiations, and close deals effectively.
Proficient in
CRM systems (preferably Podio)
and
Microsoft Office
, with strong data-driven reporting and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
with a customer-first mindset.
Proficient in both English and Chinese
, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients, agents, and stakeholders.
A

who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment and can work independently while collaborating across teams.
