Sales manager will be working with our sales team to recruit and train new hires in their respective fields. will also establish contacts with customers and clients. will also be informing higher departments on the sales status of our company. is able to create reports that show how well each person performs in relation to seasonal goals. will assess every factor that results in new business while preserving client connections.

Specific Responsibilities 1.Manage the sales staff effectively to achieve growth and meet sales goals. 2.Report sales, revenue, and expenses to the executive team, along with reasonable estimates. 3.Report on sales, income, and expenses while also providing the management team with accurate estimates. 4.Establish and maintain enduring relationships with customers by working together to understand their needs. 5.Create and carry out a comprehensive business plan to increase the company\'s clientele and ensure its presence. 6.sales personnel hiring, goal-setting, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
