Execute KidZania\xe2\x80\x99s sales target and customer services.
Receive sales inquiries through all media (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.) and reply them promptly with regularly updated park information and sales standard replies.
Follow up on any pending queries (Corporate, School, Friends & Family) from guests to convert them into ticket sales
Coordinate with food & beverage (F&B) and other relevant departments on upcoming event (family day, birthday party) and food orders.
Coordinate site visits and other special request (media shooting, video shootings)
Constantly look for sales in corporate and school groups
Document all incoming inquiries and orders properly (particularly event orders) to evaluate conversions, identify trends in sales and comprehend effectiveness of ad campaigns
Create and maintain records / documentations with accurate and up to date information, according to company and legal standards when required
Constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed
To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that KidZania\xe2\x80\x99s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times
Requirements:
At least 5-years of experience as sales manager and experience in customer service, especially in the tourism / leisure industry
Creative problem-solving ability
Multitasking and meeting strict deadlines
Articulate and assertive in communicating ability
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Any other tasks allocated to you by the management which may not be specified in this but are within your competencies.
