With a focus on quality and innovation, our client is dedicated to serving global buyers in the garment industry.About the Role:Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join their team based in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering key relationships with buyers across various international markets.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key buyers in diverse markets such as the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and resources to ensure their success.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in the garment industry with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with buyers across international markets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and textiles.
