We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our client,an industrial machinery manufacturer specializing in Specialised Hydraulic Fastening Tools & Services. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies while fostering strong customer relationships in the SEA region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the SEA region.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in industrial machinery or related sectors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel within the SEA region as needed.
