Manage divisional sales in Singapore local market to achieve sales targets set by management
Plan sales strategy for calculator & label printer to ensure that company sales goals and profitability are attained within given timeframe.
Management of distribution channels in Singapore.
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections from respective accounts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, prepare reports on business landscape and supply movements.
Provide weekly updates to HOD regarding sales and performance of accounts.
Lead the sales staff and merchandisers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Work closely with education /digital marketing team to grow the demand for scientific calculators.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or at least 6-10 years relevant industrial experience.
Experience in leading a team of 3-5 members in a managerial capacity for at least 2-5 years,
Familiar with B to C/B to B Sales Management in Singapore.
Good knowledge of the stationery sale channels.
Able to understand market dynamics and distributors' requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications : Excel, Word and Power Point
