Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets in the on-premise channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bar and restaurant owners and hotel managers.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts in the on-premise channel.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotions and programs to increase sales.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.
Attend industry trade shows and events to network and stay current with industry trends.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and customer service.
Provide training and education to customers on products and promotions.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wine/spirits industry
