Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence.
Manage and build distribution channels -- TCM halls, pharmacies, health food stores, wellness centers, and e-commerce.
Foster strong relationships with distributors and KOLs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research and provide business insights.
Train partners on HEC product knowledge and brand story.
Requirements
Min.
5 years' sales experience
in health supplements, pharmaceuticals, or traditional tonics (e.g. bird's nest, ginseng, cordyceps).
Strong
network within TCM or premium supplement channels
in Singapore/Malaysia.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in
English

Mandarin proficiency
preferred to speak with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
Independent, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
(Bonus) Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences; passion for natural wellness.
