POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting, selling, and marketing of automotive tyres. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and lead sales team to achieve annual sales budget. Develop sales strategies as per business unit's objectives. Monitor & motivate team to achieve budget and propose short-long term business plans. Responsible for Market intelligence on products and competitors and report to management. Good knowledge of tyre industry trends and ability to identify new potential segments. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers & close analysis of the local market. Develop close relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales goals & ensure consistent long-term business. Develop pricing strategies for improvement to bottom line. Manage Accounts receivables in a timely manner. Prepare weekly and monthly sales plans. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the sales cycle and the role of marketing programs to stimulate sales growth. Development of strategic initiatives as well as event planning, promotions, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS Min bachelor's degree (major in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Finance) holder with more than 5 years of sales and/or marketing specifically in Tyre industry. Sales experience in ASEAN market holding Managerial position. Experience in vehicle fleet management Experience in managing tyre dealers and distribution.
