• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for distribution channels to meet revenue and market share goals.
• Team Support: Ensure the sales team has the training and resources needed to sell our products effectively.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Budget Management: Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and market trends, reporting to the sales director.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments (operations, finance, marketing) to align strategies with company goals.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the distribution channel, preferably in marine communications and familiarity with Asian markets (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia).
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Collaboration: Team player who can work well with various departments.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market changes.
