Opportunity to work in one of the Asia\'s Leading Manufacturers and Distributor for Gas, Welding and Safety products and solutions
Our client is in the Gas, Welding, and Safety industry with a strategic presence across the Asia region. They are looking for Sales Manager to join the team.
Challenges:
Responsible for acquiring, developing, and maintaining existing customers
Build and implement strategic sales plans
Expand market share and build a long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare periodic sales forecasts and reports
Analyse the sales plan versus actual results
Develop relationships with key customers.
Monitor customer and competitor activity to gather general market information and feedback to headquarters
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales staff to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
What it Takes:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or other related fields
Good knowledge in welding OR Safety Services and products would be preferred
At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing roles.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to liaise with professionals of all levels
Ambitious, flexible with positive attitude, always on the look-out for sales opportunities
Comfortable to travel to their overseas subsidiary company based in Indonesia/Malaysia
Candidate with the qualification in Engineering but no experience will also be considered as training will be provided.
