Job Responsibilities:
Support the Business Account Management team to drive revenue in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, customer inquiries, order processing, and post-sales support.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing prompt and accurate information, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Proposal and Quotation Preparation: create sales proposals and quotation preparation, with estimates ensuring accuracy, and lead time delivery conditions to meet customers\' expectations.
Knowledge of project management activities including project planning, scheduling requirements and coordination with technical and production teams to meet customers\' requirements.
After Sales support and working with the technical team for servicing customers\' requirements including post sales warranty support activities.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Trade Shows and Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations to promote products and services.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining sales records, preparing sales documentation, reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Job Requirement:
Prefer candidate in Marine and Offshore related or Engineering sector.
