Job Description
Job Summary:
- Provide Administrative support to Singapore based employees
- Provide sales and marketing support to the sales team
- Assist sales team in the coordination of marketing events, including booth set up, preparing marketing materials and making logistics and travel arrangements
- Managing Southeast Asia data such as customers segmentation, marketing activities, tracking of procedures and etc.
- Production of Southeast Asia quarterly newsletter
- Coordinate marketing programs, including local and regional product launches and sourcing for suitable gimmicks
- Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing communication materials required between country and reginal office, e.g., literatures, catalogue, or product brochures
- Arrange flights and hotel accommodation bookings, TAF documentation and transport arrangement (where applicable)
- Salary - S$3.8K
- Contract duration: 12-month renewable and convertible
- Commencement Date: 01 Feb 2024
- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
