IRC222979 - SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR

At Eni, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Director within Versalis Singapore in Singapore. You will be responsible for the overall commercial planning and execution. Overseeing marketing, sales, and product management teams he will develop and implement plans aimed at growing global revenue, profit, reputation and market share of the Company.

As a member of the commercial team at Versalis Singapore you will be responsible for:

\xc2\xb7 Developing and implementing a marketing plan (marketing strategy, customer segmentation and targeting, portfolio management, channel strategy, competitive positioning and value proposition development) to support annual and long-range business targets;

\xc2\xb7 Achieving the quarterly and yearly P&L budget targets (sales, Contribution Margin and market share) for the global business.

\xc2\xb7 Analyzing and improve the global distribution network in order to enhance commercial effectiveness;

\xc2\xb7 Managing directly the relationship with the top management of key strategic customers at global level.

\xc2\xb7 Supervising the commercial operations of a fully owned trading company in Singapore, India and China;

\xc2\xb7 Identifying sales and marketing budget requirements to ensure proper execution of planned activities;

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating market and industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis to identify product and commercial strategies for growth;

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating marketing and product management teams in providing input to the product development team in terms of new products, improved specifications and new product packaging;

\xc2\xb7 Defining programs to improve customer loyalty and retention;

\xc2\xb7 Keeping relationship with industry associations and advocacy groups to promote the steady improvement of company reputation and recognition;

\xc2\xb7 Leading development and implementation of a communication plan in support of the marketing objectives.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Min. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemical or Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration or related field;

\xc2\xb7 experience in synthetic elastomers marketing and sales leadership roles with involvement in both product marketing and Asian sales management;

\xc2\xb7 Leadership skills as well as ability to lead and motivate a team of experienced reports by shaping a growth vision;

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and communication skills;

\xc2\xb7 Fluency in English
