Responsible for managing e-commerce to accomplish order fulfillment and meeting customers expectations . Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all e-Commerce platforms . Online portal maintenance including but not limited to items daily maintenance, stock management, campaign execution . Responsible for determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers. To liaise with the Web designers to develop and alter the website/e-commerce platforms as needed . Ensure functionality of all e-platforms on a daily basis by doing website checks . Report and analyse eCommerce KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities for all platforms . Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI . Assess potential partnership prospects . Define and revise order fulfillment policies, operations and processes . Drive e-commerce sales performance . Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programs over digital platforms . Devise and implement new ideas for marketing campaigns . Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors . Work with Finance team on providing supporting information for finance reconciliation . Work with Sales team to ensure achievement of overall sales target and liaise with Marketing team to plan digital marketing campaign where relevant for execution Requirements: . Candidate must have relevant work experience with proven sales record . Minimum of 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in handling E-commerce platform, such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Redmart, Amazon & Qoo10 etc. . Able to handle consumer's enquiries on each E-Commerce platform via Live Chat and Q & A function.) . Experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing . Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis . Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability Expectations 1) Early Stage (within a month) You will help to setup the online store, policy, iron out the logistics and planning with the team from start to finish. Deep your toes into areas of unfamiliarity, set up logistic services, setting up sales channel, fulfil customer order, liaise with distributors. Doing the ground work with the team. 2) Mid Stage (2 -3 months) Expected to understand clients need, improve the process, fine tune profitability, reduce shipping time. Outreach to potential client 3) Stable Stage (4-6 months) Provide sales and operation routine. Create operation manual. Focus on lead generation, sales channel and customer satisfaction. Has a pool of stable clients. Improve usability and store function. Ink deals with social or new sales channel. 4) Choice You are expected to understand the challenges and feedback to management team of you and the company performance. You are expected to craft out a career plan and how you will want your role to be aligned with the overall strategy of the company.
