Sales & Marketing, Senior Executive (FMCG- Modern Trade)
Our client in the FMCG industry is currently hiring for sales & marketing, senior executive
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market, sales, and customer strategies for Modern Trade accounts to achieve business goals.
• Lead joint business planning, manage negotiations, and conduct regular business reviews with customers.
• Monitor 5P execution (availability, pricing, shelf share) and resolve issues promptly; prepare performance reports and improvement plans.
• Analyze sales trends, forecast margins, and recommend process improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient execution.
• Build strong customer relationships, drive product penetration and promotions, and support marketing initiatives including new product listings and BTL activities.

Job Requirements:
Proven selling skills and key account management experience in FMCG.
Broad understanding of supplier and customer relationship management, including supply chain, marketing, and branding.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
