Position Sales & Marketing ExecutiveBusiness Division TradingProducts handling Packaging materials for food e.g. instant noodles plastic packaging, seasoning sachets\' packaging, etc.Job Requirements

• Degree in business related studies with At least 2 ~ 3 years related working experience in handling Trading business.
• Require candidate to possess valid class 3 driving license.
• Experience in handling petrochemical related products is preferred.
• Knowledge in Trading terms is a MUST.
• Occasional need to travel to JB or overseas for business meetings.
• Able to speak Local dialects as require liaising with factory workers at supplier\'s factory

• To make annual sales plan and sales target.
• To work closely with customers on planning their materials needs (i.e. to source and requisite food packaging materials for their manufacturing use).
• To work closely with suppliers and co-ordinate on behalf of customers on meeting products\' specifications and delivery schedule.
• To handle and follow up feedback and claims from customers.
• To work closely with sales admin and logistics support team on shipment coordination and arrangement in order to meet delivery timeline.
• To prepare sales/marketing reports for the management review.
• To monitor and ensure timely payment from customers.
• Make day trips to Johor Bahru to ensure printing accuracy and production run smoothly and successfully.
• Make overseas business trips to visit customers to build stronger rapport and customers service level.
• To establish connection and communication with Japan headquarter on technical advises and support for quality control issues.
• To monitor and ensure suppliers\' service and quality are always at optimal level.
• To introduce and present new products and packaging solutions to customers.
• To negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms.
• To source for new products, solutions and suppliers for business expansion and cost effectiveness.

Other Information

• Salary ranges from $3500 - $4500 depending on experience with average 3 months of Variable Bonus with attractive benefits of group insurance, Dental and out-patient medical reimbursement.
• Transport reimbursement + Meal allowance is claimable after 6 months\' probation
• 5 days\' work week from 9am - 6pm
• Working location in Alexandra, Nearest MRT: Labrador (Yellow Line)
