Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and manage key accounts effectively.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team on promotional activities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to maximize revenue.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic responses.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the
food industry
(experience selling to food producers is a strong advantage).
Possess a valid
Class 3 driver's licence
.
Strong sales drive, communication, and marketing skills.
Highly adaptable with a positive team spirit in a fast-paced environment.
