Job Description
Our client is a pioneering company dedicated to developing plant-based foods, believing in the power of plants to enhance human health and promote environmental sustainability through innovative practices.Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries across phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Process customer orders and maintain up-to-date data in customer portals for efficient order management.
- Support marketing activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Track and resolve customer complaints, collaborating with relevant departments for quick solutions.
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
