One of our Japanese clients, who\'s specialized with Real estate investment is looking for Sales & Marketing Executive as a member of our overseas real estate team buys and sells entire houses, buildings and hotels,
including a full range of intermediary and support services from customer acquisition to contract signing.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1\xef\xbc\x8eNew and dormant clients (Source: NS Referral / Newspaper ads / LinkedIn / Cold-call etc)
2\xef\xbc\x8eReferrals of property
3\xef\xbc\x8eMaintain technical and administrative records and documents related to comps/proposals/study group materials4\xef\xbc\x8eOverseas business trip (Japan or APAC) * Japan about twice a year, with a travel allowance of USD 50 per night.Details will be provided after shortlisted.Report line: Sales Manager cum mentor (Singaporean)JOB REQUIREMENTS
\xe2\x97\x8f Japanese: Business level or above (Will need to participate in meetings with the head office in Japan regularly)\xe2\x97\x8f English: Intermediate level or above (Will need to communicate with internal local personnel and customers who cannot speak Japanese)\xe2\x97\x8f Highly motivated to achieve targets\xe2\x97\x8f Working experience for a Japanese company\xe2\x97\x8f Those who are willing to work for as long as possible in same company\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in handling high value products worth several hundred million yen\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in the airline or hospitality industry would be an advantageOTHER INFORMATIONS
