Build and maintain good relationships with key accounts
Develop and implement business plans based on customers, market insight and trend analysis
Assist in weekly/ monthly sales forecast and performance review
Develop and implement promotion strategies and activities
Oversees all promotional and merchandising programs/ events are carried out in accordance to company plans
Check, verify and perform due diligence check on promotional claims material to respective departments for processing
Assist in negotiation with customers and prepare sales proposal
Ensure compliance with company standards and practices
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 - 3 years of sales & marketing / category management experience preferably from FMCG industry
Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
