Sales and Marketing ManagerSales and Marketing Manager Develop and implement marketing strategies, identify and evaluate business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.


Taking care of Sales in Supermarket and keep the proper entry in Point of Sales machine for newly arrived products in the Market. Purchase Vegetables in Wholesale Market and Distribute to Various small shops and business partners. Manage and support distribution channels in fulfilling sales objectives and achieving the best market coverage. Promote and provide excellent customer service at all times and Maintain and monitor optimum and accurate inventory level To coordinate and monitor all orders and requests by customers closely. Conduct monthly stock take at assigned consignment stores to ensure stocks accuracy. Responds to customers questions and able to work in a demanding and fast paced working environment. Assist in displaying, arranging and sorting of goods. Attending to customer's enquiries and handle feedbacks professionally. Supervise and lead so as to build a team committed in achieving targeted sales and profits for the branch. Train, coach and develop staff to ensure high standards of customer service and housekeeping maintenance. Conduct periodic stock-take, inventory control and security checks etc. Communicate and educate the staff on workplace safety and compliance. Manage and support distribution channels in fulfilling sales objectives and achieving the best market coverage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related discipline Minimum 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry Must have good computer knowledge to put entry in Point Of Sales Machine for newly coming products or price adjustment price for products if get changed. Should have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Web, Photoshop and Mobile Apps as we are going for Online Delivery. 2A/2B/ Class 3/Class 4 compulsory, because a goods needs to be delivered door step when customers place online order. Field work required. Need to do delivery goods to customers In cause driver is off / medical leave or urgency of goods when required Willing to do rotating shift work (Mostly nightshift) Able to work longer hours. Must work on weekends/PH. Strictly off on week days Must have knowledge about Groceries and Vegetable & Fruits from various countries. Good knowledge of products distributions through various wholesale and retail channels Experiences in wholesale/retail packaging experience preferred * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
