Sales duties at the showroom, inclusive of promoting loose furniture and interior design services
Respond and follow up with customers' queries in a polite and friendly manner
Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals
Manage the whole sales cycle, such as providing support to customers on product selection, with regards to interior design, furniture, lighting etc
Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams, and sub-contractors
Perform admin duties such as sales quotations, orders, reports, and emails
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
Excellent customer service and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Basic knowledge of interior design, carpentry, and home furniture will be a plus
Demonstrate a positive attitude and responsibility
Preferably with 2 years of relevant SALES experience. Training will be provided for those without experience.
Willing to work after office hours and on weekends (Both Sat & Sun)
Willing to work at construction, renovation sites, or non-air-con environment
Diploma or high school level or equivalent
Others:
6-day workweek
Basic Salary + Commission
