dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Identify, engage, and grow new business opportunities within the
industrial, construction, and reseller sectors
.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty.
Conduct product presentations and recommend the most suitable safety solutions/products to clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders to meet client requirements and company objectives.
Negotiate and close deals to help Sales Team achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion
Collaborate with management to plan and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility.
Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Participate in
trade/road shows, and product demonstrations
to showcase our brand and products.

Customer Service & Account Management
Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Handle inquiries, feedback, and post-sales follow-ups professionally and promptly.
Build strong, long-term client partnerships based on trust, value, and reliability.
Requirements
Minimum
Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Higher Diploma
in
Business, Marketing, or related fields
.
2 years of relevant experience
in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development -- preferably in
PPE, safety, or industrial product sales
(advantage).
Strong
presentation, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
Proven ability to
negotiate, influence, and close sales
effectively.
Goal-driven
, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and familiar with
digital marketing and social media tools
(advantage).
Class 3 or 3A driving license
required; own vehicle preferred (company vehicle may be provided).
