Sales & Marketing Executive

• Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the successful candidate will plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives. Openings for junior and senior positions are available.

Pre-Requisites

• At least a diploma in mass communications, business, marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in tactical sales/marketing for the junior role.
• Minimum 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business development and/or strategic marketing for the senior role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Copywriting and content-creation skills for a host of health and wellness topics.
• Experience in fitness, health and wellness, or spa industry is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Mac environment is a plus.
• Responsible, reliable team-player with initiative and drive.

Job Responsibilities

• Generating leads through various online and offline channels.
• Taking day-to-day bookings for B2C clients.
• Following through the sales funnel for B2B clients.
• Creating content for the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts and blog pages.
• For senior position, expanded responsibilities include strategic marketing, building customer loyalty and ensuring business continuity.

Salary & working hours

• 2.6k to 4k
• Monday to Friday, 2 shifts: 10am - 7pm & 1 - 10pm
• Hybrid working arrangement
