Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline in the industrial manufacturing sector
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for prospective customers
Engage customers to understand their requirements and propose tailored technical solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to plan and implement effective sales and account strategies
Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations and contractual agreements
Monitor market trends, competitors and new product developments to identify opportunities
Support the development of sales and marketing materials and presentations
Provide post-sales support and work closely with customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Use CRM and sales tools to track activities, opportunities and sales performance

Minimum 1 year of experience in technical sales within the industrial manufacturing industry
Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record in new business acquisition and achieving sales targets
Analytical, customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Proficient in CRM and sales management tools
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Willing to travel and accommodate client meetings as required
