Responsibilities: * Support the commercial sales team globally through inside sales, customer service and technical support * Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve issues and follow Responsibilities: Support the commercial sales team globally through inside sales, customer service and technical support Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve issues and follow-up on inquiries by phone & email Process customer orders, confirm delivery dates, coordinate changes, and respond to expedite requests for external customers. Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations and Engineering teams to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts Manage and coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Singapore Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports containing relevant information on customers, territories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives Manage and maintain a database of customer records and customer pricing Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts Prepare and track sales quotations and maintain the sales pipeline spreadsheet Conduct competitive benchmarking to assist with product pricing and positioning strategies Manage customer service activities by processing orders, forms, applications, and samples requests Participate in special projects, tradeshows and perform additional duties as required Qualifications: Diploma in Business and/or Chemical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years of inside sales, marketing support or customer service experience Customer relationship skills with the ability to convey feedback internally Analytical skills to generate sales reports, update forecasts and maintain customer records Computer literacy with advanced level experience using Microsoft Office Excel HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, kindly send your resume in MS WORD format to ref12 at trustrecruit.com.sg or please click on ' Apply Now '.
