Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience in the construction/interior furnishing industry is an added advantage.
Possess excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English and other languages.
The ability to interpret architectural drawings is an added advantage.
Possess own vehicle (preferably).
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Working experience in handling healthcare & construction industry
Responsibilities:
Attend to sales inquiries and the preparation and follow-up of quotations/tenders.
Handling document submission to client and tender submissions.
Seek business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Liaison and coordination with the architect, consultant, its professional team, main contractor, and other subcontractors.
Collection of the project; assist on the progressive claim on the involved project.
Keep the management posted and updated on the project progress.
