Job Description
Our client is a conglomerate property company that have many successful stories in developing highrise building and township. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Marketing GM to be placed in one of their project in Bogor with details as following:
Responsibilities
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and marketing roles, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the relevant industries (e.g., agriculture, pulp and paper, real estate) is a significant advantage.
- Strong in strategic and implementation
- Minimum 7 years working experience
- Experienced in handling segmented housing, real estate, or golfcourt house
- Strong in building strategies and implementation
