We are a Singapore start up corporate gifts & premiums company that carries our own in-house designed corporate gifts that focus on innovation & practicality. We aim to provide our clients with amazing products & customer service!We are looking for passionate & committed individuals to join our team! We work in a fast paced environment with no shortage of responsibilities and return to work each day ready to take on new challenges!

• Bukit Merah
• 3-5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm
• IMMEDIATE
• Able to commit till minimum End Dec 2024 / Jan 2025 or longer
• $13/hr
• Contract Renewable / Convertible to Perm
• Good learning exposure

Responsibilities:

• To provide admin support to sales & marketing: research, prepare information on new products, update into our website, taking photos for new products and etc.
• To assist in preparing/packing, arrange & keeping track of samples deliveries to clients.
• To support / attend to all new sales inquiries
• To set up / arrange appointment with clients
• Physical meeting with clients to promote / share our products and services.
• Follow up with clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements after appointments
• To assist in planning, developing and executing B2B marketing plans that may include participation in industry conferences and events, trade show.
• To assist in Marketing, Digital Marketing efforts (handling of social media accounts, filming or create contents for company\xe2\x80\x99s social media account
• To assist in maintaining the showroom tidiness and cleanliness.
• And other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• SINGAPOREANS only
• Proactive, spontaneous, and cheerful personality
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Ecommerce platforms
• No experience needed, but must be willing to learn and possess right attitude.
