As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you'll actively contribute to sales & marketing initiatives across international markets. You'll process orders, manage customer touchpoints, support event execution and drive digital campaigns from asset creation to performance tracking.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Customer Success

Manage ecommerce and offline store operations from order fulfilment to inventory tracking and invoicing Resolve customer inquiries (B2B & B2C) and enhance customer satisfaction Assist in event planning and execution of offsite product demos and golf events.
Marketing & Ecommerce

Support international ecommerce initiatives across platforms like Shopify, Amazon and Google Shopping Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager Create, optimize, and update content for paid ads, social media, email campaigns and webstores. Develop market specific content for regions including the US, EU, UK, SEA and ANZ
Project Management


Manage daily communication tasks with consistency, adherence to timelines and attention to detail Support cross functional projects involving marketing partnerships, media collaborations and retail initiatives Maintain accountability for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Collaborate with global cross-functional teams in the US and Turkey

Requirements

Pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field. High Learning aptitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about sports and business Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural environment A proactive, curious and adaptable team player Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions with a customer-first mindset. Detail oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
