Our furniture excites, and enthralls with it's clever multi function capabilities, and we are looking for individuals who are keen to learn more about sales and marketing whilst communicating the benefits of Singapore's most exciting furniture.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our premium furniture store team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and contributing to our marketing efforts. This position offers hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and retail operations within a high-end furniture environment.Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing accurate and detailed estimates and quotations for customers.
• Greet and engage customers in-store, helping them select furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
• Follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Support the sales process by maintaining updated records of customer interactions and orders.
• Assist with showroom organization, ensuring furniture displays are attractive and align with brand standards.
• Participate in marketing tasks, including creating promotional content, updating social media channels, and assisting with email campaigns.
• Conduct basic market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Help with administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory lists, tracking deliveries, and filing documents.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the sales or marketing team.
