Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the office administrative duties in the business unit.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal business units
- Participate in meetings and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Maintains the master list of sale offers
- Maintains the master list of wholesales account
- Craft and distributes email relating to new/revised offers to the sales team
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts
- Provide responses to first-level clients\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries.
- Assist with familiarisation & stay requests from travel agents
- Maintains date of the utilization of complimentary nights
- Assist and support the team in special projects through the management
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma undergrad in any aspects
- Tech savvy with social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Positive and energetic, with an inquisitive spirit
- Passionate about the industry
